Simple Tips To Have A Beautiful Day!

Most of us have no idea on how greatly our modes as we start our day can affect our whole day. Sometimes, we embraced our day with a smile, thinking of great things and gratefully within our hearts thanking our creator. And so, your whole day ended seems like a day of miracles. But, there are also times when we started our day thinking about our problems that made as feel stressed, depressed and powerless, the day ended and it seems like the whole day was horrible and was not good at all. 
So, I made here a simple list that can somehow make your day productive and be more fulfilling.
1. As you woke-up, smile.
This is the hard thing to do because the mind is like a monkey, right after consciously aware again in this world, the mind automatically fires-up thoughts. These thoughts might be a desirable or not. So, the best thing to do is ignore this for a while and smile to the best you can. 
2. Take a Stretch. 
Sleeping is one of best meditation and relaxation after all but we need to stretch our body. It will not just give a an uplifting feeling but also it will enhance and give you more energy in doing the whole day things. You could have your walking or basic yoga in the morning.
3Get some positive information into your mind over breakfast.
We all wanted not to ruin our morning so it is better to attract or to have only positive information or thoughts as you start your day. Have those readings that can motivate and inspire your day. But if you can take negative ones as beneficial or you can manage now your emotions then you can have both. 
4. Take priorities.
You will have a challenge to do this but with a great determination, you can create a list and take this action. 
Find the most important task on the very limited to-do list you created. Do it one by one and after that, you can have now have the less priority list take off.
